If you are using the Smart Camera feature, it’s important to note that it requires a high-resolution camera as well as a high-performance computer for best results. If your computer runs slower, it may take significantly longer to enable and use Smart Camera and may cause performance issues. 

If your computer runs slower, or is older, you may need to limit the number of video sources you record. Try just recording your webcam to see if the performance improves. If you are unable to record while limiting the number of video sources, your computer may not be compatible with Panopto Express at this time
